“Sew Cute” Handmade Greeting Card

cards 077“Sew Cute” Handmade Greeting Card

Here’s my latest handmade greeting card – and once again the theme is about something I HATE – sewing!!!!  But I do love “pretend” sewing so here it is for you to view!!!!

To make the quilt block I used a Fiskar’s Quilt Star punch and stacking square punches.  First I punched the shapes and then attached a piece of fabric to each shape.  Allow the glue to dry then cut the excess fabric off.

It was “Sew Easy!”

010I’ve revamped my duckie punch art and made a really cute card.

Baby Bib “Welcome Baby” Card

bib 4Baby Bib “Welcome Baby” Card

As my readers know I am “into” punch art right now.  I really love it as it has expanded my punches greatly.  Here is a baby card I’ve just finished in preparation for the arrival for my second great-nephew in a couple of months – and no, I’m not giving his mommy a pink bib card – I just didn’t have and baby blue embossed cardstock!!!

Thanks for taking a look!

Punch Art Leprechaun: Updated

Punch Art Leprechaun

001 (12)

I really love all the punch art I have ogled lately on the web.  And what I really like about punch art is that if you don’t have the punches the on-line project uses you can always come up with your own spin!  A little re-cutting of the punches and the projects fall easily into place.
